Free trial
Every new account gets a 7-day free trial of Starter. We ask for a card at sign-up but don't charge it during the trial. We'll email you before the trial ends. Cancel any time before then and you won't be charged.
Cancelling
Cancel online any time in Account, then Plan and billing, then Manage billing. No phone call needed. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then stops renewing.
Monthly plans
Monthly fees are not refunded for the current month once it has started. If you were charged for a renewal you didn't mean to keep, email us within 7 days of the charge and we'll refund it as long as you haven't used Vega or alerts since the renewal.
Annual plans
Cancel within 14 days of an annual charge for a full refund. After that, you keep access until the end of the year and won't be charged again.
Vega extra minutes
Extra AI minutes past your plan's included minutes ($0.20 each on Starter) are billed for minutes used and are not refundable, except for calls that failed because of a problem on our side.
Something went wrong on our side
If an outage on our side meant alerts didn't work, tell us. We'll credit or refund the affected time.
How to ask
Email support@tiltcall.com from your account email, or use the contact form. We reply within 1 business day and refunds go back to the original card within 5 to 10 business days.
Your rights under local consumer law are not affected.
